I often come home and pull up fresh images from that day to find I cannot see the beauty in them. I'm completely blinded and perplexed as to what I'm seeing. Alternatively, I get overly excited about certain images and am equally blinded. The ones I first see as successful often end up being mediocre. I can't yet see the shining stars of the group. Such extremes!
If I take a step back and wait a few weeks, months or even days, I can often go back and find hidden treasures from that shoot. I tend to see the nuances in the the composition and colors better later on. I have 5-7 others from this below shoot in the Leaves gallery if you want to see them!
